!!! Absolut not fair casino to normal people. From professional view as I work for government I be reposting this casino to not be fair to people and make sure it gets seen by other people. Good things are food and drinks. Best advise don't go here and better off spend your money and time to shisha.
You're going to love it there, there's disabled access to the casino. food and drinks is available aswell. And security is 24hrs also there's lots of space for parking.
Top marks to this lady for personalised service. The leisure facilities were clean, quiet and well maintained. The steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were just what was needed. The breakfast was vast with something for everybody. Halal sausages on request and a smoothie station were a nice touch not seen before. The smoothies were nice and the staff took the time to voluntarily share information with you on what was in the smoothie. The stay was a delight with an easy check-in and check out experience. Overall, perfect stay with staff making it a memorable one when the opportunity did arise.
The breakfast rivals any luxury hotel with the option for you to help yourself to a super range of brekky items, and staff that are attentive yet not intrusive.

Everything about this hotel is superb. We needed a dog friendly hotel and it certainly is that. But that's get more info not to say that any guests without dogs are aware of them as certain areas are understandably out of bounds to dogs.
My down points are, could I hell find the T.V remote and I was too tired to get dressed and go down to reception, so it was a quiet night, which wasn't bad. The next morning, keeping an eye on time via the oversized clock on the wall, was actually wrong, not very helpful that. I only stayed one night and had breakfast there too, which was nice, pelo issues really. All in all, not a bad place indeed. ????
This has to be my favourite place in Birmingham. Loads of activities to do as well as many food options. Definitely recommend
Absolutely lovely place. Made my birthday so special. Staff were so nice and friendly. Girls at the front desk were very kind and helped us through membership, bar staff were friendly and welcoming, and the manager went above and beyond. Five out of five, would reccomened.
The stadium is fantastic and they've done loads over the years to upgrade and improve. Seats are a touch narrow for wide shoulders but apart from that, and it's very good.
This is the first time I've stayed in a Hyatt in the UK and was impressed that they kept their great high global standard at the Birmingham hotel. I arrived about 10pm and Arthur was was great at the check in desk informing me about all the hotel facilities, where breakfast is served , the bar ,etc . He was smiling and made me feel very welcome. I had booked a Club room with a King bed . The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a bath which I love .
Drinks were great, and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely first class! Looking forward to staying again in a few weeks for the T20 Finals Day!
It is a good complex with many activities and food places. The bowling and kids arcade games place are always quite busy which is a testament to how much people enjoy coming here.
